Christ Fit Life is more than a gym. It is a mission field. A place where no one is turned away — not because of what they can't afford, not because of where they've been, not because of how broken they arrived.
We exist to equip people to walk in the full health of body, soul, and spirit. And right now, God is calling a community of partners to make it possible.
A Gym Where God Gets the Glory.
There is a single mom in your community who cannot afford a gym membership. There is a young man who needs brotherhood, accountability, and something real to belong to. There is an elder who needs to move — and to be seen. Christ Fit Life exists for all of them.
We reveal what it looks like to live a surrendered life in Christ as Sons of God — strong in body, on fire in spirit, and full of joy. Our workouts, our testimonies, our open doors, our prayer circles before class — all of it points back to one truth: God gets the glory.

We are not conforming to the world’s ways. We are building something the world does not fully understand. And we are asking you to build it with us
